Recommended Installer Ruined the Product
I’m giving one star, not because the product is bad, but because the service that backyard discovery consistently recommends for installation is awful, and they not only installed it incorrectly, and unsafely for my children, but damaged it in the process.
My husband is handy; he could have done a better job installing it himself, but we thought hiring someone would be better with 3 year old twins at home. Upon further inspection after noticing boards were already splitting (it was installed only 2 days ago), my husband noticed TONS of unused hardware, and decided to go through each step of the directions to make sure the installer had done it properly. He took 12 pages of notes of mistakes, damage, and other issues.
Upon further research, I looked up Out of the Box installers- a 1.6 out of 5 star rating with MULTIPLE reviews. Consistently bad. Please find a different company to recommend, this one is clearly terrible.
Because you clearly stand by such a terrible installation service, despite the playset being beautiful, I give it 1 star. Parents, if you or your partner are handy, install it yourselves. DO NOT go with the recommended installer.

Do una stella non perché il prodotto sia scadente, ma perché il servizio che Backyard Discovery consiglia costantemente per l'installazione è pessimo, e non solo l'hanno installato in modo errato e non sicuro per i miei figli, ma l'hanno anche danneggiato durante l'installazione.
Mio marito è un tipo pratico; avrebbe potuto fare un lavoro migliore installandolo da solo, ma abbiamo pensato che sarebbe stato meglio assumere qualcuno con due gemelli di 3 anni a casa. Dopo un'ulteriore ispezione, dopo aver notato che le assi si stavano già spaccando (l'installazione era stata fatta solo 2 giorni prima), mio marito ha notato un'enorme quantità di ferramenta inutilizzata e ha deciso di seguire ogni passaggio delle istruzioni per assicurarsi che l'installatore avesse eseguito il lavoro correttamente. Ha preso 12 pagine di appunti su errori, danni e altri problemi.
Dopo ulteriori ricerche, ho cercato Out of the Box installers: una valutazione di 1,6 stelle su 5 con MOLTEPLICI recensioni. Costantemente pessimo. Trovate un'altra azienda da consigliare, questa è chiaramente pessima.
Poiché il servizio di installazione è chiaramente pessimo, nonostante il set sia bellissimo, gli do 1 stella. Genitori, se voi o il vostro partner siete pratici, installatelo da soli. NON affidatevi all'installatore consigliato.

Kids love it!
A backyard playset has long been discussed in our household, and we eventually settled on the Belmont Swing Set. Small enough to be assembled by two tired parents and the perfect size for our little ones. Rather than level out an area of our backyard, as it slopes, we decided to use leveling blocks. With everything anchored to the ground it's been holding up great. Had some minor issues with wood splitting, but nothing that required any replacement pieces. I used the associated app to guide me through the assembly process, along with the paper manual which made life a lot easier.
The kids like to swing high, so I do occasionally have to retighten a few bolts to keep the set from moving too much. Being in the south, it's been handling high humidity and wild temperature fluctuations pretty well.

I bambini lo adorano!
Nella nostra famiglia si è discusso a lungo di un set da gioco nel cortile e alla fine abbiamo optato per l'altalena Belmont. Abbastanza piccolo da poter essere assemblato da due genitori stanchi e della dimensione perfetta per i nostri piccoli. Invece di livellare un'area del nostro cortile, poiché è in pendenza, abbiamo deciso di utilizzare blocchi di livellamento. Con tutto ancorato a terra ha resistito alla grande. Ha avuto alcuni piccoli problemi con la spaccatura del legno, ma nulla che richiedesse la sostituzione di pezzi. Ho utilizzato l'app associata per guidarmi attraverso il processo di assemblaggio, insieme al manuale cartaceo che mi ha reso la vita molto più semplice.
Ai bambini piace dondolarsi in alto, quindi ogni tanto devo stringere nuovamente alcuni bulloni per evitare che il set si muova troppo. Essendo nel sud, ha gestito abbastanza bene l'umidità elevata e le fluttuazioni selvagge di temperatura.

AMAZING value! Would 100 percent buy from again
We bought this for our girls for Christmas and I cannot believe how amazing this is for the money. It was very easy to put together, took about 10 hours total with a friends help…it’s very sturdy and haven’t had any issues with the girls and a bunch of their friends playing on it together. I would 100 percent buy from backyard discovery again in a heartbeat.

L'abbiamo comprato per le nostre ragazze per Natale e non riesco a credere quanto sia fantastico per il prezzo. È stato molto facile da assemblare, ci sono volute circa 10 ore in totale con l'aiuto di un amico... è molto robusto e non ho avuto problemi con le ragazze e un gruppo di loro amici che ci giocavano insieme. Comprerei di nuovo al 100% dalla scoperta del cortile in un batter d'occhio.

Beautiful set for my daughter!
We purchased this set as a Christmas gift for our daughter she's almost 3 years old. I think it's perfect for her age and size. Like previous reviews it is not for people that are more than 100lbs. It will only be my daughter and a friend that will play on this set. I had someone to assemble it and it took (on and off) 2 days to complete. Overall I thought it was a larger set for her to grow into but it's perfect for her size now.

Bellissimo set per mia figlia!
Abbiamo acquistato questo set come regalo di Natale per nostra figlia che ha quasi 3 anni. Penso che sia perfetto per la sua età e taglia. Come le recensioni precedenti, non è per persone che pesano più di 100 libbre. Su questo set suoneranno solo mia figlia e un'amica. Avevo qualcuno che lo montava e ci sono voluti (a intermittenza) 2 giorni per completarlo. Nel complesso ho pensato che fosse un set più grande per farla crescere, ma ora è perfetto per la sua taglia.

Great playset
I bought the Belmont playset for my granddaughter a year ago and it was the best thing we could have done. She is 4 years old and she loves having her own "park" at our house.

Excellent for the littles
I bought this for my sons birthday and I'm so glad I did. The look on his face when we got it all set up was priceless, it is very nice for the little kids they love the slide and monkey bars.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS SWING SET!
We bought our Belmont swing set last summer, and our kids love it! It took some time to put together, but the end result has been fantastic. It’s very durable, nice neutral colors and has different options you can add on for future use (we just added a telephone and steering wheel!)
It was the perfect piece to add to our backyard and be able to watch our kids enjoy (ages 5 + 3). Highly recommend for anyone looking, and the price was amazing!

Abbiamo acquistato la nostra altalena Belmont l'estate scorsa e i nostri bambini l'adorano! Ci è voluto del tempo per metterlo insieme, ma il risultato finale è stato fantastico. È molto resistente, ha dei bei colori neutri e ha diverse opzioni che puoi aggiungere per un uso futuro (abbiamo appena aggiunto un telefono e un volante!)
Era il pezzo perfetto da aggiungere al nostro giardino e poter guardare i nostri bambini divertirsi (età 5 + 3). Lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque cerchi, e il prezzo era incredibile!

Pretty set for the money.
It's a beautiful set and my son likes it very much! It was a very lengthy process to assemble with 2 very knowledgeable adults. The wood is not that high quality and sturdy. Only small children should get on this otherwise it may break. Adults: don't attempt swinging or sitting on bench. It won't hold you.

È un set bellissimo e piace molto a mio figlio! È stato un processo molto lungo da montare con 2 adulti molto competenti. Il legno non è di alta qualità e robusto. Solo i bambini piccoli dovrebbero salirci sopra altrimenti potrebbe rompersi. Adulti: non provate a dondolarvi o sedervi sulla panca. Non vi reggerà.

Countless hours of fun
I bought this three months ago for my granddaughter. This was right after all of our local parks and playgrounds had closed due to Covid 19. My granddaughter calls it her very own park and has already enjoyed countless hours of fun on it.

Great Swingset for the Price!
We purchsed this swingset as soon as the Covid-19 quarantine required us to stay home and away from the parks. With an only child and no kids to play with, we were in need of something active for her to do. We have an odd shaped back yard and this swingset was the perfect size (literally fit like a glove) for what we needed.
POSITIVES
My daughter plays on it everyday and loves the picnic table addition. We purchased a wheel and telescope for it and she feels like a pirate on a pirate ship. For the first month we ate on it for every lunch and dinner. There is plenty of shade and the variety of trapeze and swings are great. The slide is a good height and overall we are exteremely happy with our purchase.
THINGS TO CONSIDER
Our daughter is 4 years old, average height, and 35 pounds, so the set is perfect for her, but it is not as sturdy as I would have hoped. I'm not sure how long the set will work for her (at least a few more years), but as she grows we feel we may have to find additional support throughout the structure. My husband and I are average height and weight and we tried to sit on the picnic bench without success, there is no support in the center so we have to pull up chairs on the side. We also have to keep an eye on our daughter when she is on the swing or trapeze next to the support beam (not the structure) because it protrudes a bit towards the swing (or trapeze... we decided the trapeze was better suited for that location). She knows that she has to watch out for it.
SUMMARY
Overall, we love this swingset and would recommend it to others. The things to consider are not reasons to not purchase the play set, but something to look into before finalizing your purchase to see if these would be concerns for you or if anyone has a different experience with the set.
I would recommend it for young kids and look forward to watching my daughter grow with it.

Altalena fantastica per il suo prezzo!
Abbiamo acquistato questa altalena non appena la quarantena per il Covid-19 ci ha costretto a stare a casa e lontano dai parchi. Avendo una figlia unica e nessun bambino con cui giocare, avevamo bisogno di qualcosa di attivo da farle fare. Abbiamo un cortile dalla forma strana e questa altalena era della dimensione perfetta (le calzava letteralmente come un guanto) per ciò di cui avevamo bisogno.
ASPETTI POSITIVI
Mia figlia ci gioca ogni giorno e adora l'aggiunta del tavolo da picnic. Abbiamo acquistato una ruota e un telescopio e si sente come un pirata su una nave pirata. Per il primo mese abbiamo mangiato lì per ogni pranzo e cena. C'è molta ombra e la varietà di trapezi e altalene è fantastica. Lo scivolo è di una buona altezza e nel complesso siamo estremamente soddisfatti del nostro acquisto.
COSE DA CONSIDERARE
Nostra figlia ha 4 anni, è alta nella media e pesa 35 libbre, quindi il set è perfetto per lei, ma non è così robusto come avrei sperato. Non sono sicura per quanto tempo il set funzionerà per lei (almeno per qualche anno in più), ma man mano che crescerà pensiamo che potremmo dover trovare un supporto aggiuntivo in tutta la struttura. Mio marito e io siamo di altezza e peso medi e abbiamo provato a sederci sulla panca da picnic senza successo, non c'è supporto al centro, quindi dobbiamo tirare su le sedie di lato. Dobbiamo anche tenere d'occhio nostra figlia quando è sull'altalena o sul trapezio accanto alla trave di supporto (non alla struttura) perché sporge un po' verso l'altalena (o il trapezio... abbiamo deciso che il trapezio era più adatto per quella posizione). Sa che deve stare attenta.
SOMMARIO
Nel complesso, adoriamo questa altalena e la consiglieremmo ad altri. Le cose da considerare non sono motivi per non acquistare il set da gioco, ma qualcosa da esaminare prima di finalizzare l'acquisto per vedere se queste potrebbero essere preoccupazioni per te o se qualcuno ha un'esperienza diversa con il set.
Lo consiglierei ai bambini piccoli e non vedo l'ora di vedere mia figlia crescere con esso.

Recommended Installer Ruined the Product

He took 12 pages of notes of mistakes, damage, and other issues.
Upon further research, I looked up Out of the Box installers- a 1.6 out of 5 star rating with MULTIPLE reviews. Consistently bad. Please find a different company to recommend, this one is clearly terrible.
Because you clearly stand by such a terrible installation service, despite the playset being beautiful, I give it 1 star. Parents, if you or your partner are handy, install it yourselves. DO NOT go with the recommended installer.

Recommended Installer Ruined the Product
I’m giving one star, not because the product is bad, but because the service that backyard discovery consistently recommends for installation is awful, and they not only installed it incorrectly, and unsafely for my children, but damaged it in the process.

Love it!

Cheap and terrible architecture
This thing is so cheaply built I 100% regret buying it. So far I have had to drill my own pilot holes, make some holes they have pre drilled larger and now I had a board split on my in the middle of putting this thing together. I would not recommend buying this brand ever!

The website made it look so sturdy and durable. Some of the boards split when putting it together. It's okay for kids 1-4, but I'm not as pleased with it as I thought I'd be. I'm just hoping it lasts for a few years.
